Meet Jose and Heide Dans, the compassionate power-duo behind the award-winning marketing agency WOW MKTG. Their journey through the trials of cancer has transformed their lives and ignited a passion for philanthropy.
Heide overcoming her battle against breast cancer inspired the Dans family to make a difference in the lives of others. Jose, a dedicated board member of the Dolphins Cancer Challenge, has been tirelessly supporting the advancement of research at the Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center.
“Cancer does not discriminate,” Jose emphasizes. “It can touch anyone at any time.”
As leaders of WOW MKTG, Jose and Heide have rallied their company to participate in every Dolphins Cancer Challenge event since discovering it. WOW MKTG has become one of the largest teams at the DCC, contributing over $750,000 to the cause. “This isn’t just our story,” Heide shares. “It’s the story of thousands of people in Miami alone.”
With the mission of “One Team. One Fight.” at the heart of their organization, Jose and Heide hope to inspire other companies to join the challenge and help deliver life-saving therapies and cures for the future.
